Season Unleashed, a new collection of poems by American Book Award–winning novelist and poet Anna Odessa Linzer, evokes the dramatic and subtle beauty of her native Salish Sea in intimate detail. With a keen awareness born of the familiarity of paths and beaches she walks daily, the poet focuses her attentive gaze equally on shell, bone, feather, river, and mountain.
